"BACK PAIN SPECIALIST"

Since 2004 we have SPECIALISED in the treatment of "BACK, SHOULDER or NECK PAINS, as well as treating general MUSCLE TENSION, JOINT PAIN or STIFFNESS in any other area of the body, other conditions treated are; R.S.I., FIBROMYALGIA, recovery from FROZEN SHOULDER, or ROTATOR CUFF injuries, etc."
Or perhaps to assist in the preparation for sporting events or training. Our proven methods are the use of therapies such as: Sports Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Yogic stretching and on occasion Reiki Healing or Thai Yoga Massage. We will offer the client exercise to practice to aid flexibility and rebuild strength.

WE DONT CLAIM TO CURE BACK PAIN, that would be foolish, but in most instances we can relieve the symptoms and ease the tension which may be the cause. Back Pain may be a result of Injury, Skeletal issues such as Prolapsed Disc or through over-use, in all cases we would look at possible causes, and recommend life style changes if required, we always refer to a medical practitioner if the pain is persistant or severe and we "DONT DIAGNOIS conditions" that is left to the medical profession.


Whilst we offer treatments that may match your needs and aid recovery from illness or injury some issues may require a series of treatments or may even require referral to other types of health practitioner or a medical establishment, we will advise as necessary.

Clients seeking treatments are assured that we only use Therapists who have gained the relevent qualifications and are fully insured, please feel free to ask to see their creditials before starting any treatments.

At Holistic Touch we offer a range of treatments to enhance well-being of body and mind. We are constantly looking to add new Complementary therapies to our portfolio of services offered, but will only provide treatments that have been proven to add value to our clients health care.

For instance our Pregnancy Massage in York is one of our specialities, where the women from York and its surrounding towns and villages now have a therapy designed for them and their unborn child. This therapy has been practiced here since our beginings and has helped hundreds of woman with the aches and stresses of their pregnancy. Many of these clients have welcomed the benefits and have returned with their subsequent pregnancies.
